多くの方に食べて頂きたいため、グルテンフリーとなっています。また、アレルギー27品目の内りんごと鶏肉のみとなっています。
着色料・増粘剤・人工甘味料　不使用です。
野菜は、九州産使用しています。更に、39種類のスパイスをブレンドし、レトルトとは思えない本格的カレーとなっています。

We sell retort curry made from rare local chickens from Oita prefecture called "Toyo no Shamo".
It is gluten-free because we want many people to eat it. In addition, only apples and chicken are available for allergic 27 items.
